Curriculum

At IPS Academy, our Kindergarten curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in basic literacy and numeracy skills. Our language arts program focuses on alphabet recognition and phonics to foster early reading abilities, while our numeracy curriculum introduces counting and basic math concepts to build a solid mathematical foundation. In addition to these core subjects, we introduce young learners to the wonders of science through engaging lessons about nature, plants, and animals, and social studies topics like community helpers and family structures, helping children understand the world around them.

Our arts and crafts sessions encourage creativity and fine motor skills development, and music and movement activities are integral to our curriculum, promoting rhythm, coordination, and expression. Through a blend of structured learning and play-based activities, we ensure that our Kindergarten students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for future academic success.

Extra-Curricular Activities

In addition to our comprehensive curriculum, IPS Academy offers a variety of extra-curricular activities designed to enrich the Kindergarten experience. Physical education is an essential part of our program, with simple exercises and games that help children develop their gross motor skills and encourage a love for physical activity.
